摘要
对于从事建筑工程设计的人员来说,在设计和绘制图纸时,既要符合国家制定的标准规范,还要遵从地方建筑的相关规范、条例。通常情况下,地方规范、条例是在国标基础上更加细致的补充,更符合当地的实际情况,有利于因地制宜地设计和建造成更优质的建筑。论文以近期设计的宁波嘉联农副产品冷链物流交易中心项目为例进行了探讨。
For those engaged in architectural engineering design,when designing and drawing the blueprints,they should not only comply with the national standards and specifications,but also comply with the relevant codes and regulations of local architecture.Generally,local codes and regulations are more detailed supplements on the basis of national standards,more in line with the local actual situation,and conducive to the design and construction of better quality architecture in accordance with local conditions.This paper takes the recent design of Jialian cold chain logistics trading center for agricultural and sideline products in Ningbo as an example to discuss.
