摘要
企业的稳定运行需要各种资源的支持,企业获取资源的主要方式就是采购。但对于很多企业特别是国有企业来说,采购也是容易出现问题与造成资源浪费的环节,如采购不及时或采购过量都会对企业的运行造成影响。在企业普遍开始重视工作效率的时代,建立高标准的企业采购供应链管理体系,是提升企业采购工作水平,促进企业稳定运营的关键。论文对企业电子招标采购平台建设中存在的问题进行了研究。
The stable operation of an enterprise requires the support of various resources.The main way for an enterprise to obtain resources is procurement.However,for many enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,procurement is also a link that is prone to problems and waste of resources.For example,not timely or excessive procurement will affect the operation of enterprises.In the era when enterprises begin to pay attention to work efficiency,establishing the management system of enterprise procurement supply chain is the key to improve the level of enterprise procurement work and promote the stable operation of enterprises.This paper studies the problems existing in the construction of electronic bidding and procurement platform.
