应用型本科高校工科类实验中心建设探讨

摘要 实验中心在应用型本科高校中有着举足轻重的地位,以实验中心为主体的实践教育体系是培养学生创新能力、实践能力的最重要的场所。应用型本科高校担负为我国培养高素质应用型人才的重任,必须大力提高实验中心的建设标准与运行能力。因此怎样建立一个符合当代应用型本科人才培养的实践教学体系,怎样建设好、利用好、管理好一个实验中心,是各应用型本科院校研究的重要课题。本文结合无锡太湖学院工科实验中心建设的实际情况,探讨多元化工科类实验教学体系及实验中心建设:建立新型实验教学体系、建立多样化实验教师队伍、优化实验教学设备、创新管理与运行机制。根据我校工科实验中心运行情况表明,该建设模式对提高我校学生创新能力、工程能力起到了很好的引领性和推动性作用。 The experimental center plays an important role in the application-oriented university. The practical education system with the experimental center as the main body is the most important place to cultivate students’innovation ability and practical ability. The application-oriented colleges and universities are responsible for the training of high-quality application-oriented talents in our country. We must vigorously improve the construction standard and operation ability of the experimental center. Therefore, how to establish a practical teaching system in line with the contemporary application-oriented undergraduate talent training, how to build, use and manage an experimental center,is an important research topic for each application-oriented undergraduate college. Based on the actual situation of the construction of Engineering Experimental Center in Wuxi Taihu University,, this paper discusses the construction of diversified engineering experimental teaching system and Experimental Center : establishing a new experimental teaching system, increasing the diversity of experimental teachers, optimizing experimental teaching equipment, innovating management and operation mechanism. According to the operation of the engineering experiment center of our university,the construction mode plays a good leading and promoting role in improving the innovation ability and engineering ability of our students.
