摘要
目的 探讨ICU专科护理小组在提升医院ICU专项护理水平中的作用.方法 在全院ICU选拔护士长8名,认证专科护士5名组成ICU专科护理小组,专科护理小组与护理部共同完成全院ICU环节和终末质控,统一规范全院危重症护理规范,组织市级继续教育培训班,担负全院危重症护理会诊,开展科研.结果 形成医院危重症护理实践指南,统一标准,护理文书考核由90%提高到95%,ICU专科护士责任制护理由89%提高到94%、危重症护理达标率由90%提高到96%.结论 ICU专科护理小组有效运行,充分发挥专科护士业务率领作用,对全院ICU危重症护理质量提高、科研开展起到了推动作用.
Objective To explore the effect Of the ICU specialized nursing group for the promoting of hospital ICU special care.Methods Totally 9 ICU specialized nurses comprised ICU professional team,for segment and final quality control,uniform critical nursing standard,application continuing education,consultation instruction,carrying out scientific research.Results Made the critical care guide,and the critical care rate raised from 90% to 96%,responsibility based integrated nursing rate raised from 89% to 94%,nursing document rate raised from 90% to 98%.Conclusion The ICU specialist nursing team is effective in runnings giving full play to the role of specialist nurses,and has promoted the quality of ICU critical care and scientific research.
