摘要
分析了DLN2.6燃烧系统的结构特点以及运行模式,并对燃烧调整过程记录的数据进行分析,得到如下结论:对于DLN2.6燃烧系统,控制系统中PM split数值与实际燃料流量分配值不是同一个概念,PM1 split会影响PM1、PM3以及PM2喷嘴流量;PM3 split会影响PM3、PM2喷嘴流量。在预混模式运行过程中,局部燃空比较高的喷嘴对燃气轮机污染物排放以及压力脉动指标影响显著,影响程度随着负荷的变化而改变。在调整过程中某个燃烧器压力脉动值异常增加应考虑喷嘴通流状态是否异常。
This paper analyzes the structural characteristics and operation modes of the DLN2.6 combustion system,as well as the data recorded in the combustion tuning process.Then it is concluded that for the DLN2.6 combustion system,the PM split value and the actual fuel flow distribution value in the control system are conceptually different,where PM1 split affects PM1,PM3 and PM2nozzle flow while PM3 split only affects PM3 and PM2 nozzle flow.During the premixing mode operation,the nozzles with higher local fuel-air ratio have significant effects on the pollutant discharge and pressure pulsation of the gas turbine,which may vary with the load variations.In the adjustment process,the nozzle flow status should be taken into consideration whenever any abnormal increase of the pressure pulsation value of the burner is observed.
