摘要 随着中国海洋油气田开发逐步向深海迈进,水下生产系统的应用越来越广泛。清管是水下生产系统不可或缺的生产操作之一,与油气田安全经济开发密切相连。目前国内流动保障对于水下清管的模拟一般仅将段塞流捕集器的压力和排液能力看作定值,来分析清管操作所需要的段塞流捕集器的排液能力和容积,很少考虑平台上段塞流捕集器压力和液位控制阀门的调节过程对其清管操作的影响。为此,建立某项目海管、段塞流捕集器及其控制阀门OLGA一体化模型,评估在清管过程中是否会造成段塞流捕集器液位或压力高高关断,或者清管段塞流是否超过下游天然气、凝析油处理设施设计能力,证明了水下生产系统清管OLGA模型一体化的重要性。 With the development of oil and gas fields in China gradually moving towards the deepwater,the application of subsea production system is more and more extensive.Pigging is one of the indispensable operations in subsea production system,which is closely related to the safe and economic development of oil and gas fields.At present,the simulation of subsea pigging in flow assurance only regards the pressure,drainage capacity of slug catcher as fixed values to analyze the drainage capacity and volume of slug catcher required for pigging operation,and seldom considers the influence of regulation process of slug catcher pressure and level control valve on the platform.Aiming at this problem,integrated OLGA model of pipeline,slug catcher and its control valve is established to evaluate whether the slug catcher high-high level or pressure shutdown will occur or whether slug flow exceeds the design capacity of downstream natural gas and condensate treatment facilities during pigging period,which proves the importance of integration of OLGA Model for pigging of subsea production system.
