摘要
党的十九大召开以后,新时代背景下,中央对高校的综合改革提出了更高要求,高校中层领导人员的地位和作用至关重要。以某中管高校中层领导人员为研究对象,结合中央提出干部“八个本领”的具体要求,采用自编问卷对中层领导人员的能力素质等多方面情况进行了调查。在此基础上,提出提升高校中层领导人员能力素质的几项对策建议。
After the 9th CPC Nation Congress,CPC put forward higher requirements to comprehensive reform of colleges in the new era.The status and function of middle-level cadres is very important in colleges.Take middle-level cadres of CPC colleges as the research object.Use self-administered questionnaire survey to investigate the capability of middle-level cadres combining the specific requirements for“eight skills”of cadres.Propose several countermeasures for the capability of middle-level cadres on the basis of research.
