Analysis on Protection Reform of Step-up Substation in Power Plant

摘要 针对丰镇电厂继电保护装置可靠性和灵敏性较低的问题,对该厂的短引线保护、线路保护和断路器保护进行改造。在保护装置调试正确后,采用发电机零起升流短路试验方法,对改造后的二次设备进行保护相量测试分析,并解决母差保护电流相序反接问题,保障了电厂的安全稳定运行。 There are two complete strings and one incomplete string in a breaker-and-ahalf configuration for 500 kV bus of Fengzhen Power Plant.The technical transformation includes 8 sets of 500 kV circuit breaker protection,10 sets of short lead protection and 3 sets of line protection devices.After the protection device is properly debugged,the shortcircuit test of the generator is used to perform the analysis of protection phasor test on the modified secondary equipment.In this process,the reverse connection of current phase sequence for the busbar differential protection is solved,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the power plant after the transformation.
