摘要
利用酸处理后的硅藻土与1:1的铁铜沉淀物反应,得到硅藻土负载Fe-Cu催化剂(8%Fe负载量),并用其催化苯酚、双氧水反应制备苯二酚。考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、苯酚起始浓度、反应物配比、反应温度等反应条件对苯二酚产率的影响。结果表明:n双氧水:n苯酚为2:1,m苯酚:m水为0.08:1,m催化剂:m苯酚为0.03:1,在65℃反应3.0 h,苯二酚产率达到最高,约为59.81%。
The preparation of hydroquinone from phenol and hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by diatomite loaded Fe-Cu,which was prepared by acid-treated diatomite and 1:1 Fe-Cu precipitate.The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction time,the amount of catalyst,the initial concentration of phenol,n(H2O2):n(phenol)and reaction temperature were investigated.The results show that the best yield of hydroquinone is about 59.81%when n(H2O2):n(phenol)is 2:1,m(phenol):m(ultrapure water)is 0.08:1,m(catalyst):m(phenol)is 0.03:1,the reaction temperature is 65℃,the reaction time is 3.0 h.
