炼焦装平煤技术的创新应用 被引量:2

摘要 为满足高炉大型化对焦炭产量和质量的要求,河钢宣钢在5#、6#焦炉上进行了一系列提高单孔装煤量的技术创新应用。通过提高装煤车高低螺旋转速、调整推焦车平煤杆前后限位、改造平煤杆头结构、优化平煤操作、制定炭化室内石墨清理方法等措施,在结焦时间和配煤比不变的情况下,提高了焦炭产量,改善焦炭质量;降低了炼焦耗热量,提高了焦炉的热工效率;提高了推焦、装平煤等设备利用率,节约了备品备件费用;避免了炉体局部高温,延长了焦炉的使用寿命;同时大大降低了对环境的污染。 In order to meet the requirements of large-scale blast furnace for coke output and quality, the technical innovation to increase the single hole coal loading capacity of 5 and 6 coke ovens in Xuansteel have been carried out. A series of measures are implemented, such as improving the high and low spiral speed of coal loading car, adjusting the front and rear limit of the flat coal rod of the coke pusher, reforming the structure of the flat coal rod head, optimizing the flat coal operation, and formulating the graphite cleaning method in the carbonization room, etc. Under the condition of constant coking time and coal blending ratio, the output of coke is increased, the quality of coke is improved;the heat consumption of coking is reduced, the thermal efficiency of coke oven is incresed;the utilization rate of equipment such as pushing coke and loading flat coal is improve, the cost of spare parts is saved;the local high temperature of the furnace body is avoided, and the environmental pollution is greatly reduced.
