摘要
压力容器质量保证体系中,需加强产品检测检验、监督管理等操作,包括材料、质量优化、压力试验分析、理化检验等操作。工程实践表明,必须及时进行压力容器制造体系的完善,方可保证产品质量得到明显进步,从提高产品质量效果角度出发,必须及时对相关机构、相关企业等进行全面优化,建立完善的质量保证体系。文章针对压力容器制造的质量保证体系、质量控制措施和工艺要求等进行了详细分析,为压力容器的制造奠定基础。
In the pressure vessel quality assurance system,it is necessary to strengthen product inspection,supervision and management,including material,quality optimization,pressure test analysis,physical and chemical inspection and so on.The engineering practice shows that the pressure vessel manufacturing system must be perfected in time in order to ensure obvious progress in product quality.From the point of view of improving product quality,relevant institutions and related enterprises must be comprehensively optimized in time to establish a perfect quality assurance system.In this paper,the quality assurance system,quality control measures and process requirements of pressure vessel manufacturing are analyzed in detail,which lays the foundation for the manufacture of pressure vessel.
