摘要
二级学院是高校办学实体,其党建工作影响着所在学院事业的发展,关系到学校整体办学目标实现。文章介绍了在“双一流”建设和全面从严治党大背景下,二级学院党建工作面临的新形势、新特点和新要求,分析了当前二级学院党建工作现状及主要问题,提出了高校二级学院党建工作模式创新构建的策略和建议。
The secondary college is the educational entity in a university.Party building in the secondary college is related to the career development of the college,affecting the overall goal of the university.This paper introduces the new situation,new features and new requirements of the Party building in the secondary colleges under the background of“Double First-Class”initiative and the Party practicing strict self-governance in every respect.The paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of the Party building in the secondary colleges,and puts forward strategies and suggestions for innovative construction of new model of the Party building in the secondary colleges.
