摘要
基于对翻译文本中译注及其功能的量化分析,文章考察了我国学者型译者邓正来对哈耶克著作的研究性翻译活动及翻译效果。研究结果表明,邓正来所译哈耶克作品与其本人的学术研究之间存在多重互动;随着邓正来对哈耶克作品翻译实践活动的推进,邓正来的译者身份“越界”其学者身份,两者的“融合”在翻译中得以表征;根据对当当、亚马逊及豆瓣三大平台相关书评的分析,邓正来所译作品得到了大多数读者的认可。研究亦显示,对非文学领域学者型译者的研究性翻译活动的考察具有普遍意义,既可揭示改革开放以来学者型翻译丰富了各相关学科的内在规律,亦可推动非文学领域的学者型翻译研究。
This paper examines the research translation activities of the scholarly translator Deng Zhenglai based on an analysis of the annotations and their functions in his translated texts,and further explores the reception of Deng Zhenglai’s research translations.The results show that there is multiple interaction between Deng’s translation of Hayek’s works and his own academic research;with more Hayek’s works translated,Deng Zhenglai crosses the border between translator and scholar and the integration of the two identities is shown in his translations;and Deng’s works are well accepted by most readers according to an analysis of readers’reviews posted on Dangdang,Amazon and Douban.The research also shows that the study of scholarly translators’research translation activities in non-literary fields has universal significance.It can not only reveal the internal laws of scholarly translations that have pushed the development of various disciplines since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,but also promote scholarly translation studies in non-literary fields.
