摘要
高压直流电缆作为直流输电的关键设备,其绝缘电树枝劣化是影响高压直流系统安全、可靠运行的重要因素。高压直流电缆运行条件复杂,承受雷电入侵、操作过电压等产生的脉冲电压作用以及非线性电气设备产生的谐波影响;同时,电树枝的引发、生长与电荷输运过程密切相关,且依赖于复杂电场作用。对此以高压直流电缆绝缘为对象,综述直流电场中电荷输运与电树枝劣化规律和作用机理,以期为高压直流电缆绝缘设计提供实验依据和理论支撑。
As the key electrical equipment of DC transmission,the electrical tree in the insulation materials of HVDC cable is an important factor to affect safe and reliable operation of HVDC cable system.The operating conditions of HVDC cable are complex,and HVDC insulation materials are not only affected by the pulse voltage such as lighting invasion,operating overvoltage,but also the harmonic voltage generated by nonlinear electrical equipment.The initiation and growth of electrical tree is closely related to charge transport process and depended on effect of complicated electric field.This paper takes the HVDC cable insulation as an object and summarizes charge transport and electrical tree degradation mechanism in the DC electric field so as to provide experimental basis and theoretical support for insulation design of HVDC cable.
