摘要
目的分析急性胸痛患者应用急诊室针对性护理干预措施的效果.方法选择本院急诊科就诊的60名急性胸痛患者,按照就诊顺序号码随机分为:对照组患者(30名,常规护理干预),观察组患者(30名,针对性护理干预).比较两组患者的VAS评分(视觉模拟评分)、并发症情况以及护理满意度.结果观察组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组患者、并发症发生率低于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组患者,且两组之间各项数据差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论急诊室针对性的护理干预措施对急性胸痛患者效果显著,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention in emergency room for patients with acute chest pain. Methods Sixty patients with acute chest pain in emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group(30 patients, routine nursing intervention) and observation group(30 patients, targeted nursing intervention). The VAS score(visual analogue score), complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the patients in the control group. Conclusion Nursingintervention in emergency room has significant effect on patients with acute chest pain, which is worthy of promotion.
