摘要 矿山废石的大量堆积不仅影响矿产资源的综合利用,而且占据大量土地,还会带来安全环保压力。某矿山为实现采矿废石的综合利用,对老选矿厂进行改造,实行间断性生产,停车期间进行采矿废石处理。废石经破碎、筛分、重选流程后,产出商混石子和重选金精矿,可获得净利润25. 91元/t。采矿废石综合利用实现了固废资源二次回收,同时对矿山的安全绿色运行、创建国际一流示范矿山也具有积极的意义。 The massive pile-up of waste rocks in mines not only seriously affects the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,but also causes serious harm to the safety and environment due to its large land occupation. A mine renovated its old ore-dressing plant to realize the comprehensive utilization of mining waste rock and implements discontinuous operation that treats the mining waste rock in downtime. After the mining waste rock is through crushing,screening and gravity separation,mixed gravel and gravity gold concentrates are produced,creating net profits of 25. 91 yuan/t.the comprehensive utilization of mining waste rock realized the secondary recovery of solid waste resources. It also has significance in the safe and green operation of the mine and the construction of an world-class demonstration mine.
