摘要
以n(Si)/n(Al)比为1∶2的USY为载体,通过浸渍法制备出30%H6P2W18O62/USY催化剂。采用FT-IR,XRD,BET,SEM和EDS表征系列测试方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:磷钨酸均匀地分散在USY载体上,且保持Dawson结构不变,负载后催化剂的比表面积明显增大。用单因素实验探索反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比对酯收率的影响。结果表明:当正丁醇用量为18.4 mL,30%H6P2W18O62/USY用量为0.6 g(占原料质量分数为2.89%),n(正丁醇)/n(乙酸)为2∶1,120℃回馏反应2.0 h,酯化率达到88.38%。在优化条件下,催化剂重复套用6次,酯化率仍有78.44%。
H6P2W18O62/USY catalyst was prepared by impregnation method with USY of Si/Al molar ratio of 1∶2 as carrier.The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,BET,SEM and EDS.The results show that phosphortungstic acid was uniformly disperse on USY carrier and still remained Dawson structure.The specific surface area of the catalyst increased obviously after loading.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of catalyst and molar ratio of alcohol to mole on the yield of ester was investigated by single factor experiment.The optimized condition is that the dosage of 30%H6P2W18O62/USY was 0.6 g(accounting for 2.89%of the raw material quality),n(n-butanol)/n(acetic acid)was 2∶1,the reaction temperature was 120℃and the reaction time was 2.0 h.Under optimum synthetic condition,the esterification rate was 88.38%and could reach 78.44%when the catalyst was used six times.
