奶牛结核病不同检疫方法比较 被引量:3

摘要 采用牛结核菌素皮内变态反应试验(TST)、欧盟比较变态反应试验(SICTT)和牛结核γ干扰素酶联免疫吸附试验(IFN-γ-ELISA)对河北省石家庄市栾城县某奶牛场300头奶牛进行结核病平行检测,比较不同检疫方法对奶牛结核病诊断结果的影响,并分析对比检测结果。经综合判定牛型结核阳性牛208头(其中20头双阳),阴性92头(其中禽型19头)。TST和SICTT相比,阳性符合率为94.89%;TST与IFN-γ-ELISA相比,阳性符合率为31.16%;SICTT与IFN-γ-ELISA对比,阳性符合率为51%。综合判定,3种方法的总符合率为33.67%,符合率较低,表明各种检测方法各有优缺点,在实际应用中应根据需要合理选择。
