摘要
化工实训中心是应用型高校培养化工实践性人才的重要手段,因此越来越多的应用型高校化工学科建立了化工实训中心。但是相对于成熟的实验室安全管理,化工实训中心的安全管理还尚在摸索阶段。通过实训课程进展的前中后三个时间阶段,摸索建立化工实训中心安全保障体系。实训课程之前进行安全规章制度的建立和人员安全培训,为化工实训课程进行建立安全警示和应急预案;实训课程结束后的设备检查,废弃物处理以及整个实训期间的安全记录。化工实训中心安全体系建立可以为其他应用型高校的化工实训中心安全体系建立提供启迪。
The training of chemical engineering training centers is an important means for cultivating chemical practical talents in applied universities.However,compared with the mature laboratory safety management,the safety management of the training center is still in the exploration stage.This paper establishes a corresponding security guarantee system through the three stages of the progress of the training course.Before the training course,the establishment of safety rules and regulations and personnel safety training,the establishment of safety warnings and emergency plans in the training courses;equipment inspection after the training courses,waste disposal and safety records during the entire training period.The establishment of the safety system of the chemical training center of this paper can provide enlightenment for the establishment of the safety system of the applied university chemical training center.
