摘要
微波法作为原油开采过程中最常用的含水率检测方式,其检测效果极易受到实际开采环境中多因素影响从而产生检测误测。试验分析了矿化度以及温度两种实际开采环境下存在的因素对于微波实时检测含水率精度的影响。通过对试验数据的处理,运用二次拟合有效得出含水检测值伴随矿化度(矿化度组分:CaCl2)的变化规律。利用试验所得规律,可有效将微波含水传感器精度提高,为提高微波含水检测精度的研究提供了校正参数和理论依据。
The water content of crude oil is an important parameter for the subsequent processing and production of petroleum,it is also an indispensable indicator for studying the development prospects of oil fields.And the microwave measurement is the most commonly used water content detection method,and its detection effects are easily affected by many factors of the actual production environment that make the Microwave sensor measurement error In this paper,the influence of salinity and temperature on the accuracy of real-time detection of water content by microwave is analyzed through experiments,and the salinity and temperature are both factors that exist in the actual production environment.With the processing of the test data,we effectively obtain the variation law of water content detection value along with salinity(salinity component:CaCl2)through quadratic.The accuracy of microwave water content sensor can be effectively improved by using the law obtained from the test,which provides the correction parameters and theoretical basis for the study of improving the accuracy of microwave water content detection.
