摘要
针对铜阳极泥传统工艺存在的问题,在较短新工艺流程下,力争在保证金、银等贵金属回收率的同时提高硒、碲的回收率。采用脱铜浸出剂能够有效去除铜阳极泥中大量的铜,优化条件下铜的浸出率达到98%以上。脱铜后浸出渣在优化条件下进行氯化浸出,硒的浸出率可达96.38%,碲的浸出率可达61.41%,金几乎全部浸出。氯化浸出液萃取探索实验在优化条件下,金的萃取率达到99.93%,碲的萃取率达到91.67%,硒的萃取率仅为0.52%,能够有效的实现金、碲与硒的分离。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional process of copper anode mud,under the short new process,it is strive to improve the recovery rate of selenium and tellurium while ensuring the recovery rate of precious metals such as gold and silver.The copper leaching agent can effectively remove a large amount of copper from the copper anode mud.Under the optimized conditions,the leaching rate of copper was over 98%.The leaching slag after decoppering was leached under the optimized conditions.The leaching rate of selenium reached 96.38%,the leaching rate of tellurium reached 61.41%,and gold was almost completely leached.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of gold reached 99.93%,the extraction rate of tellurium reached 91.67%,and the extraction rate of selenium was only 0.52%,which could effectively separate gold,bismuth and selenium.
