摘要
文中对新时代体育强省建设中的体育产业强省的内涵与构成进行了探索,体育产业的强包括产业规模、产业水平、产业结构、产业消费等维度。江苏体育产业发展表现出了“量质同升”的状态,在典型做法上注重政策探索,以政策引领体育产业快速发展;重视空间拓展,注重立体化产业空间的培育;实施跨域发展,提升体育发展能级。江苏体育产业发展取得了较好的成效,但也存在产业能级不高、高端产品不足、人才资源不力、融资渠道不宽等不足。基于相关理论与现实情况,提出江苏体育产业应丰富产业健康内涵,成为健康江苏新动能;提升产业幸福品质,成为幸福江苏新内容;强化产业轻优属性,成为经济强省新引擎;优化产业发展能级,成为体育强省新支撑。应明确发展目标,打造体育产业全产业链,构建现代体育经济体系;实施重点人群重点培育,夯实体育产业消费基础;坚持内培与外引结合,完善体育产业发展人才支撑,促进体育强省的达成。
This paper explores the connotation and composition of the strong sports industry in the construction of a strong sports province in the new era. The strength of the sports industry includes the dimensions of industry scale,industry level,industrial structure and industrial consumption. At present,the development of sports industry in Jiangsu has shown a state of "quantity and quality rising together". It focuses on policy exploration in typical practices,and leads the rapid development of sports industry with policies;it attaches importance to spatial expansion,paying attention to the cultivation of three-dimensional industrial space;it implements cross-regional development,to improve the development level of sports with the integration of the Yangtze River Delta national strategy. The development of Jiangsu sports industry has achieved good results,but there are also shortcomings such as low industrial level,insufficient high-end products,human resources,and financing channels. Based on the basic theory and the reality,it is proposed that Jiangsu sports industry should enrich the industrial health connotation and become the new kinetic energy of healthy Jiangsu;it should improve the industrial happiness quality and make it a new content of happiness Jiangsu;it should strengthen the industrial light and excellent attributes,and make sports industry the new engine of strong economic province;it should optimize the industrial development level and become a new support for sports provinces. The development goals should be clearly defined,the whole industry chain of the sports industry should be built,the modern sports economic system should be built;the key populations should be cultivated and the sports industry consumption base should be strengthened;the combination of internal training and external guidance should be adhered to,and the support of sports industry development talents should be improved to promote the achievement of strong sports province.
