摘要
目的观察龙血竭药液结合"一层纱"法治疗皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例全层皮肤缺损接受保守治疗(换药)的皮肤溃疡患者按随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用龙血竭药液结合"一层纱"法进行换药护理,对照组采用常规方式换药(外用莫匹罗星软膏或生长因子凝胶等),观察两组患者换药时痛苦程度(以视觉模拟评分法评价),治疗过程中感染发生率,并采用成组t检验进行统计分析。结果观察组患者换药过程中疼痛程度轻于对照组,感染发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论龙血竭药液结合"一层纱"法治疗皮肤溃疡的医疗成本低,能减轻患者疼痛,促进创面愈合,降低感染发生率,缩短创面愈合时间。
Objective To observe clinical effects of the "longxuejie"solution combined with a layer of gauze for treatment of skin ulcer. Methods 60 patients suffered from skin ulcer was divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The method of the "longxuejie"solution combined with a layer of gauze was applied in the observation group and the traditional method was used in the control group.The pain degree of the two groups was observed during the dressing change(visual analogue scale),the incidence of infection in the treatment course was analyzed,and statistical analysis was performed by t test. Results The pain degree of the patients in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the incidence of infection was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05 for both). Conclusion The "longxuejie" solution combined with "one layer gauze" can cut down the medical cost of skin ulcerand relieve the pain of patients, promote wound healing,reduce the incidence of infection,and shorten the time of wound healing.
