摘要
在冬季供暖运行过程中,二次网的水力平衡对供热效果与节能降耗有着很大的影响。因此,将二次网的水力平衡调至理想状态是至关重要的。在现实情况中,由于二次网水力失调造成供热效果差的情况不胜枚举,如何尽量使二次网达到水力平衡,确保每栋楼、每个楼门的流量能达到理论流量,是个值得探讨的课题。本文介绍了使用自力式流量控制阀来调节二次网水力平衡的方法,通过分析换热站、二次网存在的问题,研究二次网水力平衡的调节方法,在提高供热质量、保证供热温度达标的同时,降低供热系统的能耗水平。
In the process of heating operation in winter,the hydraulic balance of the secondary network has a great influence on the heating effect and energy saving.Therefore,it is crucial to adjust the hydraulic balance of the secondary network to an ideal state.In reality,the situation of poor heating due to the hydraulic imbalance of the secondary network is too numerous.How to make the secondary network reach the hydraulic balance as much as possible,and ensure that the flow of each building and each building can reach the theoretical flow,it is worthwhile.The topic of discussion.This paper introduces the method of adjusting the hydraulic balance of the secondary network by using the self-operated flow control valve.By analyzing the problems existing in the heat exchange station and the secondary network,the adjustment method of the hydraulic balance of the secondary network is studied to improve the heating quality and ensure the supply.When the thermal temperature reaches the standard,the energy consumption level of the boiler room and the heat exchange station is reduced.
