摘要
面对现代化社会发展的实际需求,铁路通信工作需要综合性、标准化的工作流程,信息化技术可以提供全面支持。基于此,笔者分析和研究了现代铁路通信工作中信息化技术的应用情况,提出信息化技术能提高铁路运输和服务的工作质量,降低运输的成本,提升智能化用户体验满意程度,进而迎接新时代的挑战。
Facing the actual needs of the development of a modern society,railway communication requires comprehensive and standardized work processes,and information technology can provide comprehensive support.Based on this,the authors analyze and study the application of information technology in modern railway communications,and propose that information technology can improve the quality of railway transportation and services,reduce the cost of transportation,and improve the satisfaction of intelligent user experience,to welcome the new challenges of the times.
