摘要
推行社区教育慕课,是适应信息化时代的形势需要,也是基于当下智能化社会的发展需要,更是加快学习型社会建设的现实需要。有效推进社区教育慕课,让其关联到具有大数据功能的市民学分银行,能有效克服终身教育管理缺失问题,也能实现各类学习成果实时互通,有利于增强学习者学习驱动力。在实际构建和具体运行中,要确立"一部手机搞定学习"为目标导向,推动社区教育慕课多元布点、全社会协同,以保证在资源同构、专题推送、支持服务、强化管理、有效激励、监测评估等方面相向而行,并要把准切合性行动策略及出台可行性促进机制,这对解决终身教育最后"一公里"问题,营造"时时可学、处处能学"的良好局面,全力驱动全民终身学习,具有正向引领作用。
The implementation of MOOC in community education is not only to meet the needs of the information age, but also to promote the development of current intelligent society and accelerate the construction of a learning society. Efforts on effectively promoting MOOC in community education and making it related to the public Credit Bank with big data function can further overcome problems raised by the lack of lifelong education management, and realize real-time communication of all kinds of learning outcomes, which is conducive to enhancing learners’ motivation. In the actual construction and operation, it is necessary to establish the goal orientation of "one mobile phone makes learning complete", promote the diversified distribution of community education MOOC with the coordination of the whole society, so as to ensure the same structure of learning resources, pushing out special topics, supporting services, strengthening management, effective incentive, monitoring and evaluation, and introduce the appropriate action strategy and feasible promotion mechanism, which will play a positive role in solving the last "one-kilometer" problem of lifelong education, creating a good situation of "learning can be actuated all the time and everywhere", and fully drive people’s lifelong learning in the whole society.
