摘要
产业配套是产业分工不断深化的产物,产业配套能力是区域产业竞争力的重要支撑。利用SPSS19.0软件结合3个维度的综合指标体系,对长三角地区16个城市产业配套能力进行因子分析可知,嘉兴产业配套能力相对滞后(排位第12),其原因是产业配套理念滞后、企业配套能力不强、平台承接能力不足、生产性服务业水平不高和配套要素支撑不力;提升嘉兴产业配套能力定位为着力打造长三角高端产业配套重地、长三角高端产业转移承载要地和长三角高端产业配套要素支撑高地,为此,应强化产业配套规划引领、着力企业配套能力提升、加大产业承接平台建设、加快生产性服务业发展和全力推进要素支撑水平的提高。
Industry support is the product of ever-deepening industrial division and industrial supporting capacity is an important pillar of regional industrial competitiveness. By using the software SPSS19 and the comprehensive index system of three dimensions,this paper carries out a factor analysis of the industrial supporting ability of 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta. The results show that compared with the other cities,Jiaxing’s industrial supporting ability lags behind(ranking 12) because of the conventional idea of industrial support,weak supporting capacity of enterprises,insufficient undertaking capacity of platforms,low level of producer services and bad performance of supporting factors. The goal of upgrading Jiaxing’s industrial supporting capacity is to strive to make it a key supporting area for the high-end industries in the Yangtze river delta,an important area for them to transfer into,and an outstanding area of supporting factors for them. To realize these goals,Jiaxing should strengthen the guidance of industrial supporting planning,focus on the improvement of enterprises’ supporting capacity,increase the construction of industrial undertaking platforms,accelerate the development of producer services and fully promote the improvement of the level of supporting factors.
