摘要 海洋结构物在波浪中频繁遭受周期性交变载荷的作用,容易引起焊缝周围高应力区域发生应力释放。采用数值模拟方法对结构焊接过程进行仿真计算,得到焊接残余应力分布情况。研究交变载荷作用下垂直和平行于焊缝方向残余应力的变化特点,讨论载荷幅值和应力比等因素对应力释放的影响规律。结果表明,应力释放程度与高应力区域塑性应变量有关,载荷幅值越大、应力比越接近-1更易使结构产生新的塑性应变,应力释放现象也越明显。 The ocean structure is frequently subjected to the alternate cyclic loading,which makes stress of high stress regions to release.The numerical method is adopted to simulate the welding process,and the welding residual stress distribution is obtained.The variation characteristics of residual stress which is parallel or perpendicular to the weld seam under the alternate loading are studied and the effects of loading amplitude and stress ratio on stress release are discussed.The results show that the release of residual stress is closely related to the plastic deformation in high stress regions.When loading amplitude is high and the stress ratio is close to-1,it is easier to generate new plastic deformation and the stress release is more significant.
