半潜式生活支持平台碰撞机理

摘要 采用数值计算方法对某半潜式生活支持平台与钻井平台在典型工况下的碰撞机理进行分析。利用HyperMesh软件建立生活支持平台与钻井平台的有限元模型,根据失效应变与网格尺寸的经验关系对碰撞区域模型网格进行细化。重点从碰撞速度、结构变形、碰撞力和能量转化等方面分析生活支持平台的碰撞机理,得出以下结论:碰撞力表现出明显的非线性,碰撞力的增大代表有新构件参与抵抗碰撞变形,卸载表示有构件失效;碰撞结构损伤有明显的局部性,主要集中在碰撞区域附近,与碰撞部位的尺寸和形状有很大关系;生活支持平台钻井平台的碰撞不同于平台船舶的碰撞,大部分初始动能转化成平台的转动动能,横摇和艏摇运动明显。 The collision mechanism between a semi submersible life support platform and a drilling platform under typical working conditions is analyzed by numerical calculation.The finite element models of the life support platform and drilling platform are established by Hyper Mesh.The mesh of collision zone model is refined according to the empirical relationship between critical strain and mesh size.The collision mechanism of the life support platform is studied from the aspects of collision velocity,structural deformation,collision force and energy transformation.The following conclusions are drawn:collision force has very obvious non linear characteristics,and each increase of collision force represents a new component participating in the collision resistance deformation,while each unloading represents the failure of the component;collision structure damage has obvious locality and mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the collision area,which is closely related to the size and shape of the collision site;the collision between the life support platform and drilling platform is different from the collision between the platform and ship,most of the initial kinetic energy is converted into the rotational kinetic energy of the platform,and rolling and yawing motion are obvious.
