摘要
炎性纤维性息肉(inflammatory fibroid polyp,IFP)是一种罕见的发病机制尚不明确消化道良性间叶源性肿瘤。其病理表现为增生的梭形、卵圆形纤维母细胞和血管,伴有各种炎细胞浸润。现报道1例确诊的胃IFP并重度贫血病例,并系统复习该病的发病机制、临床病理特点、诊断及治疗。
Inflammatory fibroid polyp(IFP)is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor of the digestive tract whose pathogenesis is unclear.Its pathological expression is hyperplasia fusiform,ovoid fibroblast and blood-vessel,accompany all sorts of phlogistic cell infiltrate.A case of severe anemia with IFP in the stomach was reported,and the pathogenesis,clinicopathological features,diagnosis and treatment of IFP were reviewed systematically.
