摘要
肝门静脉积气(hepatic portal venous gas,HPVG)是一种罕见的门静脉系统内(从肠系膜上静脉及其支流到肝内)气体积聚的情况,在临床上,HPVG常被认为是重大腹部疾病的非特异性征象之一,而非一种特定的疾病实体。随着CT的广泛应用,HPVG的病例越来越多,而HPVG合并肠内积气的病例却较为少见,现将我院1例门静脉伴肠系膜上静脉积气患者病情汇报如下,并进行文献复习,以期提高对HPVG的临床认识。
Hepatic portal venous gas(HPVG)is a rare condition in which gas accumulates in the portal venous circulation(from the superior mesenteric vein and its tributaries to the liver).Clinically,HPVG is often considered as a nonspecific sign of a significant abdominal disease rather than a specific disease entity.With the wide application of CT,there are more and more cases of HPVG,while the cases of HPVG combined with superior mesenteric venous gas are relatively rare.A case of HPV with superior mesenteric venous gas in our hospital was reported as follows,and literature review was conducted to improve the clinical understanding of HPVG.
