摘要
为研究不同青贮时间对青贮饲料品质的影响,试验将紫花苜蓿和黑麦草按照70∶30质量比例混合青贮,采用黔北麻羊瘤胃体外发酵法测定其在青贮第1~142 d的产气量和有机物消化率。结果:随着青贮时间的延长,青贮饲料在瘤胃内的产气量呈下降趋势;潜在产气量和有机物消化率以42、142 d较低,与第1 d相比潜在产气量分别下降21.42%、20.29%,有机物消化率分别下降20.81%、16.31%,差异显著(P<0.05);快速产气部分以42 d最高(1.28 mL),差异显著(P<0.05);慢速产气部分以21 d最高(45.34 mL),差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明:紫花苜蓿和黑麦草混合青贮饲料在瘤胃内的产气量和有机物消化率随着青贮时间的延长呈下降趋势,其品质略有下降,但延长了饲料的保存期。综合分析,建议在青贮21 d后应尽早饲喂。
In order to study the effects of different silage time on silage quality, alfalfa and ryegrass were mixed in silage at a ratio of 70∶30, and the rumen in vitro fermentation method was used to determine the first to 142 d in silage. Gas production and organic matter digestibility. Results: with the prolongation of silage time, the gas production in silage decreased. The potential gas production and organic matter digestibility were lower at 42 and 142 d, compared with the 1 d, the potential gas production decreased by 21.42% and 20.29%, the digestibility of organic matter decreased by 20.81% and 16.31%, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The difference of rapid gas production was significant(P<0.05), the highest was 42 d(1.28 mL);the slow gas production obtained highest value at the 21 d(45.34 mL) and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The results indicated that the gas production and organic matter digestibility of alfalfa and ryegrass mixed silage decreased with the increase of silage time, and the quality decreased slightly, but the shelf life of feed was prolonged. Comprehensive analysis, it is recommended to feed as soon as possible after 21 d silage.
