摘要
概述了过渡金属催化下炔烃与不同底物通过C-H活化反应构建稠合杂环的反应研究进展。分别列出了在Rh、Ru、Pd、Co催化条件下,炔烃作为有机π组件参与过渡金属催化的C-H活化/环化反应。由于杂环化合物在生物医药领域的广阔应用,C-H活化反应直接高效构建杂环化合物具有很好的研究前景。
The progress of the reaction of alkyne with different substrates by C-H activation reaction to construct a fused heterocycles was reviewed. The ransition-metal-catalyzedC-H activation/cyclization reactions involving alkynes as organic Π components were investigated under the conditions catalyzed by Rh, Ru, Pd and Co. Due to the wide application of heterocyclic compounds in the field of biomedicine, the direct and efficient construction of heterocyclic compounds by C-H activation has a good research prospect.
