木质框架土壤渗滤系统中氨氮沿程变化的半经验公式

摘要 为解决木质框架土壤渗滤系统(WFSI)在处理干清粪养猪废水时的设计高度问题,构建了高度为1.2 m的WFSI反应器。在表面水力负荷为0.08、0.2、0.32 m^3/(m^2·d),氨氮负荷为27.3±6.0、88.5±9.4、122.7±7.4、28.1±3.7、114.9±10.3 g/(m^3·d)等条件下运行了WFSI反应器,并根据扩散理论和水流在反应器的流态推出了氨氮浓度与滤层高度间的函数关系式。通过对沿程土壤层中的含水率和氨氮浓度的测量和函数拟合,得到了含水量沿程变化和氨氮浓度沿程变化的经验公式。利用经验公式对氨氮浓度与滤层高度间的函数关系式进行求解,并得到了系统构造常数。通过对比5种运行条件得到的系统构造常数,验证本研究得到的氨氮浓度与滤层高度间的函数关系是较为可信的。 In order to design the height of wood-chips framework soil infiltration(WFSI)to treat swine wastewater,a high of 1.2 m reactor was constructed.Under the condition of surface hydraulic loading of 0.08 m3/(m^2·d),0.2 m^3/(m^2·d)and 0.32 m^3/(m^2·d)and ammonia loading of(7.3±6.0)g/(m^3·d),(88.5±9.4)g/(m^3·d),(122.7±7.4)g/(m^3·d),(28.1±3.7)g/(m^3·d)and(114.9±10.3)g/(m^3·d),the WFSI reactor was operated.According to the principle of diffusion and the flow regime in the reactor,the function was derived between ammonia concentration and the height of filter layer.By the measure and fitting of water content and ammonia concentration in the soil layer along the way,the empirical formulas for the variation of water content and ammonia nitrogen concentration were obtained.The functional relationship between the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and the height of the filter layer was solved by using the empirical formula,and the construction constant of the system was obtained.By comparing the system construction constant obtained under five operating conditions,it is verified that the functional relationship obtained in this study is credible.
