摘要
油品静电是加油作业过程中的主要安全风险之一,调研了全国多个城市加油站的秋冬季加油静电分布情况,结合常见的潜油泵供油工艺,对加油过程中油品静电产生机理开展了试验研究。结果表明加油机内部组件是影响油品静电的主要因素,而加油胶管对油品静电有缓和作用。最后,提出了在胶管内部增设防静电层的技术方案,并进行了样品试制和现场测试。
Static electricity is one of the main safety risks in the process of fuel filling operation.Firstly,the distribution of static electricity at the gas station during autumn and winter in multiple cities was investigated in this paper.Then,in view of the common oil supply process with submersible pump,experimental study on the static generation mechanism in the fuel filling process was carried out.The results showed that the internal equipment of the dispenser was the main factor affecting the fuel static,and the hose had a moderating effect.Finally,a preventive measure of adding antistatic layer inside the hose was put forward,and sample preparation and field test was carried out.
