摘要
通过对现有研究成果的概括与梳理,发现法哲学理论已经被引入到许多学科之中,促进了学科间的相互融合。马克思法哲学的诞生与西方法哲学特别是近代古典自然法学与德国哲理法学的关系源远流长,以这些法学思想为基础,马克思法哲学思想应运而生。在中国构建社会政治秩序过程中,马克思法哲学思想发挥着重要的理论指导作用。作为社会文明的重要构成,政治秩序对于文明发展有着重要的支撑作用。如何将马克思法哲学思想运用到政治秩序构建过程中,是现阶段所面临的最迫切和最普遍的问题。新时代下,要充分发挥马克思法哲学的指导作用,找到最适宜我国进行政治秩序建设的依据和方法,进而促进社会主义事业的发展。
Through the summarization of the existing research results,it is found that Philosophy of law has been introduced into many disciplines and promoted the integration of disciplines.The birth of Marx law philosophy with western philosophy of law,especially modern classical natural law and German philosophy of law has a long history.Based on these legal thoughts,Marx’s law philosophy emerged as the times require.In the process of constructing the social and political order in China,Marx’s philosophy of law plays an important role in guiding theory.As an important component of social civilization,political order supports the development of civilization.How to put Marx’s philosophy of law into practice of establishing Chinese political order is the most urgent problem at the present stage.In the new times,we should give full play to the guiding role of Marxist jurisprudence,finding the basis and methods of political order construction of our country,and enhance the development of our socialist construction.
