独活寄生汤加西药在老年性膝关节炎中的应用

摘要 目的探讨独活寄生汤加透明质酸钠治疗老年性膝关节炎的临床价值。方法将2017年4月—2019年4月本院收治的90例老年性膝关节炎患者随机分两组,各45例。常规组给予透明质酸钠治疗,联合组在常规组基础上增加独活寄生汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前后膝关节功能与生活质量的变化情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率较常规组更高,和治疗前比,两组Lysholm膝关节功能评分与生活质量评分均上升,且联合组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加透明质酸钠治疗老年性膝关节炎疗效满意,可显著改善患者膝关节功能,提高生活质量,且不增加不良反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of Duhuo Jisheng decoction and sodium hyaluronate in treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods 90 senile patients with knee osteoarthritis who admitted in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Routine group was given sodium hyaluronate,while combined group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction based on routine group.The curative effects,adverse reactions,changes of knee joint function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the Lysholm knee joint function score and quality of life score of the two groups increased,and the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis is effective,it can improve knee joint function,enhance quality of life,and not increase adverse reactions.
