摘要
以适时教学(Just-in-Time Teaching,JiTT)模式为理论指导,探讨“食品质量管理”课程信息化课堂的教学设计和教学效果。针对课程中存在的问题和应对策略,使用JiTT作为解决方案,在课程网络资源平台和良好的网络-课堂-网络的师生沟通反馈链基础上,完成学生的主动学习和独立思考,充分提高了学习的时效性。为“食品质量管理”课程信息化教学中,开展JiTT模式的实施策略和效果,提供了一定的参考。
Guided by Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT)model,this paper explored the teaching design and teaching effect of information-based class of Food Quality Management course.In view of the existing problems and coping strategies in the course,JiTT was used as a solution.On the basis of the course network resource platform and good network-classroom-network teacher-student communication feedback chain,students'active learning and independent thinking were developed,which fully improves the timeliness of learning.It provides some reference for the implementation strategy and effect of JiTT mode in the information-based teaching of Food Quality Management course.
