摘要
Mesenterocin ZLG8是由Leuconstoc mesenteroides subsp.mesenteroides ZLG85合成的一种新型广谱乳酸菌细菌素。以革兰氏阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌为研究对象,通过分析乳酸菌细菌素Mesenterocin ZLG8对细胞260 nm和280 nm紫外吸收物质渗漏、细胞膜电势、细胞膜完整性的影响,探讨该细菌素对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用机制。结果表明,Mesenterocin ZLG8导致细胞内紫外吸收物质的渗漏,引起细胞膜电势的耗散,并破坏细胞膜完整性,最终导致细胞的死亡。
Mesenterocin ZLG85 is a novel broad-spectrum bacteriocin produced by Leuconstoc mesenteroides subsp.mesenteroides ZLG85.Using gram-positive strain Staphylococcus aureus as subject investigated,the antibacterial mechanism of Mesenterocin ZLG85 against gram-positive bacteria was analysed by the effects of Mesenterocin ZLG85 on the UV-absorbing materials at 260 nm and 280 nm,membrane electrical potential and integrity of cell membrane.The results showed that Mesenterocin ZLG85 caused the leakage of the UV-absorbing materials,the dissipation of membrane electrical potential,and the destruction of cell integrity,and lead to the death of Staphylococcus aureus.
