摘要 目的探讨家庭同步健康教育在帕金森病患者中的应用效果。方法选择帕金森病患者102例,按照完全随机法分为观察组(51例,家庭同步健康教育模式+传统健康教育模式)和对照组(51例,传统健康教育模式)。比较两组患者干预前及干预后1个月的PSQI、SDS评分及并发症发生情况。结果干预后1个月,两组患者的PSQI、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后1个月,观察组的并发症总发生率为1.96%,低于对照组的13.73%(P<0.05)。结论家庭同步健康教育模式可有效提高帕金森病患者的睡眠质量,减轻其心理压力,减少并发症,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of family synchronous health education in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods A total of 102 patients with Parkinson’s disease were divided into observation group(51 cases, family synchronous health education mode+traditional health education mode) and control group(51 cases, traditional health education mode) according to the complete random method. The scores of PSQI and SDS before and at 1 month after intervention and complications of the two groups were compared. Results At 1 month after intervention, the scores of PSQI and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);at 1 month after intervention, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.96%, which was lower than 13.73% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The family synchronous health education can effectively improve the sleep quality, reduce psychological stress and complications of Parkinson’s disease patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
