摘要
目的探讨高危冠心病患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月本院收治的79例高危冠心病患者为观察组,依据Gensini评分将观察组分为低度组(32例)、中度组(26例)和高度组(21例),此外选择同期31例非冠心病受试者为对照组。比较观察组各分组及对照组相关检查指标,并分析AIP、CIMT与Gensini评分的相关性。结果观察组各分组TC、TG、LDL-C、AIP、FPG、CIMT、CIMT阳性率和高血压占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,高危冠心病患者的AIP、CIMT与Gensini评分呈显著正相关(r=0.452、0.414,P=0.000)。结论AIP与CIMT可反映高危冠心病患者的冠状动脉病变严重程度,为冠心病病情预判及治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the correlation between arteriosclerosis index of plasma(AIP),carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with high-risk coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 79 patients with high-risk coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as observation group,and the patients were divided into low-grade group(32 cases),moderate group(26 cases)and high-grade group(21 cases)according to Gensini score.In addition,31 subjects of non-coronary heart disease in the same period were selected as control group.Relevant inspection indexes of each group in the observation group and control group were compared,and the correlation between AIP,CIMT and Gensini score were analyzed.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,AIP,FPG,CIMT,positive rates of CIMT and the proportion of hypertension in the subgroups of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that AIP,CIMT and Gensini scores of patients with high-risk coronary heart disease were significantly positively correlated(r=0.452,0.414,P=0.000).Conclusion AIP and CIMT can reflect the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with high-risk coronary heart disease,and provide basis for prognosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
