摘要
[目的/意义]为了成功化解民族地区的网络舆情事件,实现民族地区地方政府治理体系和治理能力现代化。[方法/过程]基于不良网民侮辱2019年凉山州木里县“3·30”森林火灾救火英雄事件的案例,探讨新时代民族地区地方政府的网络舆情治理。运用案例分析的研究方法分为信息发布、舆情引导和舆情消除三个阶段来分析凉山州治理侮辱救火英雄网络舆情的过程,并适时指出存在的不足。[结果/结论]在结合民族地区实际情况的基础上,拟从健全治理体制机制、信息发布及时准确、实现多元主体治理、使用民族语言消除舆情等四个步骤提出新时代民族地区地方政府网络舆情治理的创新路径。
[Purpose/Significance]In order to successfully resolve the internet public opinion incidents in ethnic areas,the local government governance system and governance capacity in ethnic areas will be modernized.[Method/Process]Based on the case of bad Netizens insulting the heroic firefighting incident of the 3.30 forest fire in Muli County,Liangshan Yi Prefecture in 2019,the local government's network public opinion governance in the new era ethnic areas was discussed.The research methods of case analysis are divided into three stages:information release,public opinion guidance and public opinion elimination,to analyze the process of Liangshan Yi Prefecture's insulting firefighting hero network lyrics and point out the shortcomings in due course.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the actual situation of ethnic minority areas,this paper proposes innovative ways of network public opinion governance of local governments in ethnic minority areas in the new era from four steps:improving the governance mechanism,timely and accurate information release,realizing multi-subject governance,and eliminating public opinion by using national language.
