摘要
以潜浮式无人艇船体结构为研究目标,采用Solidworks软件建模设计了符合项目需求的无人艇三体船体结构,提出了三体结构加防撞框架的船体结构,制定了合理三体船体制造方案,选择了合理的毛坯材料,分析了主船体内圆面的加工工艺和副船体的制造过程,完成了无人艇船体的总成.通过充压试验验证,确保船体结构良好的密封性能.
Taking the hull structure of submarine-floating unmanned vehicle as the research object,the trimaran hull structure of unmanned vehicle which meets the requirements of the project is modeled and designed by Solidworks software.The trimaran hull structure with anti-collision frame is put forward,the reasonable trimaran hull construction scheme is formulated,the reasonable blank material is selected,the processing technology of the main hull surface and the manufacturing process of the auxiliary hull are analyzed,and the process of the main hull is completed.The hull assembly of an unmanned ship.It is verified by the pressure charging test to ensure the good sealing performance of the hull structure.
