摘要
氧腐蚀是影响热网循环水管道安全运行和使用寿命的重要因素之一,提出了一种全新的适用于低温供热堆的热网补水热力除氧系统。通过增置补水预加热器、除氧器、电加热器及相关控制阀,实现对热网补水的热力除氧,并给出了系统内主要设备选型计算,确定了200 MW低温供热堆配套的热网补水除氧设备主要参数及除氧器电功率,以供同行参考借鉴。
Dissolvedoxygen is the most important cause to the oxidation corrosion,which is one of the important factors to the safety operation and lifetime of circulating water piping.One new kind of thermal deoxygenation system of heat-supply network make-up water suitable for low-temperature heating reactoris proposed.By adding preheater,deaerator,electric heater and related control valves,the thermal deoxygenation of the heat-supply network make-up water is realized,the main parameters of the hot heat-supply network and deaerator equipment and the deaerator electric power of the 200MW low temperature heating reactor are determined,and the selection calculation of the main equipments in the system is given for reference.
