摘要
社会伦理何以可能?在精神哲学视域下关键在于澄清两个问题:社会是什么?社会的伦理构造是什么?社会既是实体又是主体,社会的伦理构造可以从黑格尔的法哲学和精神现象学中获得理论证明:在法哲学中,社会作为由家庭向国家的过渡环节,它的真实内涵在于否定自身与超越自身;在精神现象学中,作为理性(精神)之客观性的环节,它最终要扬弃自己的矛盾的片面性而回归到精神的自身确定性,即精神的自在自为的状态,走向道德。社会作为伦理实体的环节之一,其特性在于过程性、否定性与有限性。因而,“社会伦理”之目的就是在人之实践的意志与人之认识的意识之间如何实现人的自由。
How can“social ethics”be possible From the perspective of spiritual philosophy,the key is to clarify two questions:what is society And what is the ethical structure of society Society is both the entity and the subject,the ethical structure of society can be proved theoretically by Hegel's philosophy of rights and phenomenology of spirit.In the philosophy of rights,society as a transitional link from family to country,its true connotation lies in denying itself and transcending itself;and in the phenomenology of spirit,as the objective part of rationality(spirit),society must finally sublate the one-sidedness of its contradictions and return to the self-certainty of the spirit,that is,the state of self-sufficiency of the spirit,and move towards morality.As one of the links of ethical entity,society is characterized by its process,negativity and finiteness.Therefore,the purpose of“social ethics”is to realize human freedom between the will as human practice and the consciousness as human knowledge.
