摘要
发现培养选拔优秀年轻干部是加强领导班子和干部队伍建设的一项基础性工程,是关系党的事业后继有人和国家长治久安的重大战略任务。新时代生态文明建设赋予国家林业和草原局前所未有的使命,加快培养年轻干部具有重要意义。根据调查得知,国家林业和草原局干部结构总体保持稳定,干部素质持续提升,年轻干部整体素质较好。组织要从思想上重视、举措上落实、管理上严格、关怀上全面等四方面加强年轻干部培养,推动年轻干部在个人努力的前提下不断优化成长路径。
The process of discovering,training and selecting cadres is a fundamental project to strengthen the construction among the leading group and the cadre team,which should also be regarded as the major strategic task related to the cause of the Party and the long-term stability of China.In the New Era,the construction of ecological civilization has endowed National Forestry and Grassland Administration with unprecedented missions.Therefore,it is meaningful to accelerate the training of young cadres.Based on the relevant investigation of National Forestry and Grassland Administration,there are many findings as follows,including the overall stability of cadres’structure,the continuous improvement of cadres’quality and the relatively good quality of young cadres.In order to strengthen the training of young cadres and promote growth paths of young cadres under the premise of individual efforts,the organization shall focus on the following four aspects:inwardly attaching importance to the process,implementing relevant measures,seriously managing cadres and comprehensively show solicitudes for young cadres.
