摘要
连锁经营管理在高职课程教学中扮演着非常重要的角色,而且实践价值十分显著。分析高职连锁经营管理实践教学的创新意义,进一步分析高职连锁经营管理实践教学的创新思路与创新原则。提出高职连锁经营管理实践教学的创新举措,具体包括:任务驱动与项目导向相结合、采用工学交替与顶岗实习的教学模式、构建校内实训基地与导师制创业工作室等。
Chain management plays a very important role in the teaching of higher vocational courses with very significant practice value.This paper first analyzes the innovative significance of practice teaching of chain management in higher vocational education,then analyzes the innovative ideas and principles of practice teaching,and finally puts forward the innovative measures:combining the task-driven teaching with project-oriented teaching,adopting the teaching mode of work-study alternation and on-the-job practice,and constructing campus training base and tutorial entrepreneurship studio,etc.
