摘要
为确定某牛场调运肉牛发病的原因,通过细菌的分离培养,形态学观察、生化鉴定等方法,分离出巴氏杆菌。药敏试验结果表明,该菌对大观霉素、麦迪霉素药物高度敏感。通过中西医治疗,牛群恢复正常。
In order to determine the cause of transported beef cattle in a cattle farm.Through the isolation and culture of bacteria,morphological observation,biochemical identification and other methods,The results showed that the strain was highly sensitive to spectinomycin and clomithromycin.Through the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the cattle returned to normal.
