高强超拉伸新型水凝胶的制备及性能研究

摘要 以合成的N,N′-双(丙稀酰)胱胺(BACA)取代目前广泛使用的交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA),利用自由基溶液聚合的方法制备了一种新型聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶。使用场发射扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱等对其形貌、组成和结构进行了表征,系统研究和分析了BACA交联剂对水凝胶溶胀性能和力学性能等的影响。结果表明,与MBA交联水凝胶相比,BACA交联水凝胶具有更加致密的多孔结构和独特的二硫键,因此溶胀性较低,形态稳定性更好,抗拉和抗压强度更高,有良好的抗疲劳和自恢复性能,还具独特的应需溶解特性。 A new type of polyacrylamide hydrogel was prepared by free radical solution polymerization,using N,N′-Bisacrylylcystamine(BACA)as cross-linker to replace the widely used cross-linking agent N,N′-Methylene bisacrylamide(MBA).The morphology,composition and structure of the hydrogels were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR).The effects of BACA on swelling,and mechanical properties of hydrogels were systematically studied.The results showed that compared with MBA cross-linked hydrogels,BACA cross-linked hydrogels had more dense porous structure and unique disulfide bond so that they had lower swelling,better morphological stability,higher tensile and compressive strength,good fatigue resistance and self-recovery performance,as well as unique on demand dissolution.
