摘要
目前,表面冷凝器铝换热器(SCAL)型间接空冷系统(间冷)循环冷却水的水质运行控制尚无标准可依,间冷循环水水质对系统金属材料腐蚀的影响也缺乏系统研究。本文根据间冷循环水水质特点,通过实验室模拟实验研究水中痕量SO4^2-、Cl–以及pH值等因素对碳钢和纯铝腐蚀的影响。结果表明:水中痕量(≤1mg/L)的SO4^2-和Cl^–均可加速碳钢腐蚀;SO4^2-对碳钢腐蚀表现出自催化效应,同样质量浓度的SO4^2-比Cl^–对碳钢腐蚀危害更大,而SO4^2-对纯铝表现出缓蚀作用;溶液pH值上升则会加速纯铝腐蚀。
Currently there is no standard for water quality control for circulating water in indirect air cooling system of surface condenser aluminum heat exchanger(SCAL).Additionally,study on the influence of water quality on the corrosion of materials in this system was scarce.To solve this problem,according to the characteristics of water quality of circulating water in this system,the influence of trace SO42-,Cl-and pH value on corrosion process of the carton steel and pure aluminum were experimentally investigated in laboratory.The results indicate that,trace SO42-and Cl-in the water(W1 mg/L)could accelerate the corrosion process of the carbon steel.The SO42-could be self-catalyzed during this process.Therefore,the harm of SO42-was much larger than that of the Cl-with the same concentration.Furthermore,SO42-could also reduce the corrosion of the pure aluminum,and the corrosion rate of aluminum increased with the pH value.
